Chinese Grouper Epinephelus Diacanthus Chinese Grouper is a low cost alternative to Brazilian or Mexican grouper This product rounds out our grouper offerings. Available in 2/4, 4/6 6/8 and 8/10 Oz. Natural Fillets. This product is caught one time during the year and ASC has purchased a large amount in order to meet our customer's needs for the entire year. The product will be in in the Middle of December and will be in good supply from then on. This product is marketed under the Gulfmaid label.
